I couldn't have asked for an excellent makeup artist on my wedding day. She provided an excellent service in spite of my late booking.
My makeup was so flawless on my special day and I received tons of compliments and I still do when people see my pictures. Additionally, my makeup stayed on the whole day and night.
Her professionalism and warmth is highly commendable. She was on time, efficient and was open to providing me, as the bride, with the exact service I requested for.

Last minute cancellations are a common occurrence but to do this via text is not professional . Bridesmaids paid £60 to get make up done by Jennifer herself. 2 days before the wedding the bride gets a text saying she cannot make it but it sending her assistant who clearly did not have people skills and didnt listen to the feedback with regards to the make up. Please in the future, if you cannot make it to a booking and you are sending your assistant, the price has to be discounted. Your assistant's work cannot be going for the same price as your work . You have more experience!
Not happy at all. PS: the make up by the assistant was not great. If we had known, we would have happily done our make up ourselves.
