Lost Merchandise and No Accountability

PGL has lost our merchandise: 228 women’s cosmetic gift sets made with argan oil, with a minimum total value of USD 34,200. Despite multiple follow-ups, the case has still not been addressed, no clear explanation has been provided, and no concrete solution has been proposed. This situation demonstrates a lack of operational rigor, accountability, and customer service. The loss of high-value goods, without a serious investigation, transparency, or corrective action, is unacceptable for a logistics and fulfillment provider. Based on our experience, this company cannot be considered reliable for inventory management. We strongly advise other brands to exercise the greatest caution.
