Excellent treatment for anxiety.

I went to see Den Clare after a failed attempt to go into hospital for major surgery due to anxiety and fear. The evening before I was due to go in had a Hypnotherapy session with Den and can honestly say that I felt no nerves at all the following day and everything went smoothly. Hypnobirthing

Whilst I was pregnant, I spoke to Den about Hypnobirthing. Hypnobirthing made me feel calm and confident about giving birth and resulted in a very positive birthing experience. Den is very professional, approachable and caring. I would highly recommend.   Anneka



Weight going

Just after one hypnosis session I feel totally different. I booked for hypnosis for my weight problem and how unhappy it made me feel. But within a week of my first session I felt so much happier about myself, more confident and stronger and had lost 4 lbs. All the sweet trappings just don't seem to bother me now. All I can say is that it's working for me. Thanks Den.
