With a background in chiropractic education and a personal interest in sport and movement, Dr Nicholas Lee brings a thoughtful, patient-focused approach to True Chiropractic in Heidelberg. As the clinic's founder and principal chiropractor, he is committed to providing care that reflects each patient's individual concerns and goals.

Nicholas has worked across Melbourne and Gippsland and is now permanently based in Heidelberg. His interest in spinal health was influenced by his own experiences with neck pain and lower back pain during his younger years. These experiences helped him recognise the impact discomfort can have on physical activity, recovery and general wellbeing.

Nicholas graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Monash University and later completed a Bachelor of Health Science and Bachelor of Applied Science (Chiropractic) with Distinction at RMIT University. He remains committed to ongoing professional development, with additional training in Diversified Adjusting, Gonstead, Syntropy Adjusting and Sacro-Occipital Technique (SOT).

His further studies include the SD (Sympathetic Dominance) Protocol, soft tissue therapy and therapeutic exercise.

Nicholas's clinical interests include spinal pain, headaches and migraines, postural dysfunction, movement concerns and sports-related conditions.

He takes time to listen, assess each patient thoroughly and explain findings before discussing suitable care options. His aim is to help patients understand their concerns and feel informed throughout the process.

Outside the clinic, Nicholas enjoys travelling, running, soccer and time with friends and family.
